Big Ben’s Story
Starting in 1965, Ben Bryan, affectionately known as “Big Ben,” traveled around the country selling Moulding to independent retailers. During those years, Big Ben met many people and gained a reputation for honesty, fair dealing, and low prices. As a result, he still does business with many of his early customers today!
In 1985, Big Ben opened a wholesale Moulding and Door business in Stockton, CA. Soon, the word was out that huge savings were available and people starting coming from all over to buy from Big Ben. Recognizing that he was providing a valuable resource to contractors, Big Ben decided to offer those great discounts to the general public as well. As a result, many, many homes have been beautifully finished with Moulding and Doors obtained from Big Ben.
In 2003, Big Ben decided to move to Tulare County and retire. He bought a small ranch where he could enjoy his horses and slow down some in life. But, that didn’t last long!
Big Ben saw a need to offer great products at low prices to contractors and individuals. He recognized that his competitors were choosing not to carry stock, meaning the customer had to order their product and wait 6-8 weeks to receive it! As a result, Big Ben opened a warehouse store in Lindsay, CA and operates today with over 60,000 square feet of inventory available to his customers.
We are proud to pass along Big Ben’s huge savings to our customers throughout the Valley, Southern California, Northern California and the Bay Area.
